This is a quiet house. If your looking for a party house this isn’t for you.
Due to shift patterns someone is always in bed.

£100 (£25 per night) Arrive Monday enjoy staying in our friendly, clean and welcoming home, depart by 12 noon Friday. Your room will be unoccupied for the weekend but if your staying for a few weeks your welcome to leave your things in your room. If you have to work the occasional weekend, no problem just pay an additional fee. An extra £25 per night.
Perfect solution for local contractors working away from home, having to put in the odd weekend.

These rooms are ideal for professionals.

We have a large conservatory with heating which is shared. (Due to Covid main living room is temporarily not a shared space )
Shared bathroom with shower and toilet plus additional toilet/washing facilities downstairs.

Kitchen. Allocated cupboard space, And shelf in the fridge.

Laundering facilities. (Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) you must supply your own detergents etc.

Parking space on large drive. (No transit/large vans)
Space in large back garden if you have a bike. (Your own cover needed)

No smoking or vaping on the property. Inside or out.

Our Own bedroom is en suite so you only share the bathrooms with the other house guests. Currently 2 males. Really nice guys, very respectful, working shifts so very elusive.
No queue for facilities in the mornings as shift patterns are all different. Due to work patterns Someone is always in bed. Hence, this is a very quiet but friendly house.

Locally - Sandymoor is a lovely sought after area in Runcorn. Lots of lovely walks. Enjoy meeting our resident swans, ducks and Moor hens.
The Evenwood Farm is a lovely pub 15 mins walk, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and is famous for its excellent carvery . All extremely reasonably priced food.
Co-op on Pits Heath Lane and another Co-op, chemist, local take away, post office and of course a pub, is a 10 minute walk up at Windmill Hill.

No car ? Bus stop at the end of the road to Warrington and Widnes. Bus stop at the Windmill Hill co-op to Liverpool and shopping city.

For all you fitness fanatics there are various gyms locally and a swimming pool at Brookvale leisure Centre 2 miles away.

Minimum stay is one month. No maximum.

We are retired and are out a lot or on holiday.
