Four rooms available in large 5 bed property.
Available on a long term contract or short renewable booking ideal for contractors on short term work placement.

No party animals thanks.

Double rooms available for couples, one room at £135 per week and one room at £140 pw (includes fridge freezer).

Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and gardens.

One off street parking space.

Near local shops, bus route and m-way access.

Locks on room doors, fire doors and smoke alarms.

Single beds in smaller rooms, double bed in larger rooms, bring your own bedding, towels and toiletries. Sorry no smoking in the property and no pets.

This is a no smoking property, but you can smoke in the gardens.

Texting is best as I can't always answer the phone.

Please note: these rooms are not available as a holiday or student let. You must be in full time employment before you rent. Please allow time for references to be completed. You might need a guarantor for these rooms.
