I am looking for a tidy, easy going person to share my two bed bright and airy terraced house in Saltney.
The available room is spacious, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a TV socket if you wish to have your own TV. There is a fully integrated kitchen with all the usual appliances plus a tumble dryer, shared lounge with TV and a downstairs cloakroom. Broadband available.
Parking available for two cars. Small back garden with patio.
I am a student nurse and work some shifts in between studying. Therefore I am looking for a housemate who is considerate and quiet, However I am more than happy to socialise with a glass of wine and the occasional shared supper.
The property is located close to Airbus, Broughton Retail Park, main bus routes into Chester and is less than 10 minutes from the A55.
