One double available - furnished room consists of double bed, wardrobe, two side cabinets - tv if required

Our home is your home!
The house is cleaned by the landlady but your space is your space to deal with as you wish but bedding and washing can and will be done at request.
shared shower/bath rm - in process of being renovated byt we all use the ensuite shower for now.

Living rm, kitchen, conservatory and front and back garden access 24/7

In the kitchen you will have your own cupboard and place in the fridge and freezers - one American fridge freezer is in the kitchen. All bedding provided and accessed through the airing cupboard. Towels provided if required.. Hand soap provided in communal rooms and shampoo is usually available if you run out of yours :))) but don't use my razor! Lol

On site parking.

All bills included inc wifi/ netflix - incoming landline but outgoing calls charged by phone provider accordingly. Rates, water, tv licence also included. However if the stay is over 8 weeks then there will be a monthly fee added to contribute to council tax.

1 Weeks rent upfront

2 weeks notice to leave is essential or forfeit your deposit if wishing to leave less than the 2 wks.
