Double room to let on Heatons/Didsbury border

We are a couple wanting to let a room in our home. It is a room with a double bed a bookcase and storage unit and there is also an upper loft accessed by stairs in the room. This leads to a study area and wardrobe area also. We also don’t mind some access to our front lounge as we have 2 and the garden is pleasant with lots of seating.

We are a laid back couple whose youngest child is also off to university hence why the photos show a room that is currently occupied. We have 2 cats and a dog so an animal lover would make sense.

The area we live in is Heaton Mersey and we are 2 minutes from the East Didsbury tram stop which has direct access to Didsbury, Chorlton and Manchester. 5 minutes away is Parr’s Wood bus depot for buses to the universities and also East Didsbury train station.

We will be giving the room a fresh coat of paint, there will be access to a washing machine and all usual amenities. The room currently has a tenant who will leave mid April, so the room will be available from the end of April.
