Whatever the case, if you’re looking for a double room, in a quiet, green area near to the popular centre of Heaton Moor, this one may be for you. The room available is on the ground floor. Own use of a separate shower room. Shared access to the utility room, kitchen, lounge/dining room and garden which has an open aspect. The only other resident is myself.

I’m offering a large, furnished double room. There are good transport links for easy access to the M60 motorway, Heaton Chapel and Stockport rail stations, bus route links and a cycle route. Manchester City Centre is a simple/short commute. There’s hassle-free parking at the front of the property.

The rental includes all the usual bills plus broadband. It’s anticipated that there will be an initial 3 months tenancy, followed by an extension. However, a 5 day arrangement or shorter duration of stay would be acceptable.

A months deposit and references are required.
