Double Bedroom In Lovely Quiet House

Hello there, my flatmate is leaving so I am looking for someone to take her double bedroom, which is partly furnished (only wardrobe and bedside table, you ll need a bed or you can buy the existing one). The rest of the house is fully furnished. This is for 530 per month with all bills included, namely council tax, gas and electric, water, fibre broadband and monthly window cleaning. This is a lovely semi detached house on a quiet, leafy road, with friendly neighbours, zero crime, with gardens back and front, a garage if you need to store things, and a driveway that fits two cars. It is rented from a friendly private landlord and the deposit is 450 for 5 weeks, which is secured and you get back after you have given your one months notice and you leave the property. Ideally looking for a person to stay for a minimum of one year or more. It has one bathroom, one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, to be shared between us.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the East Didsbury tram and train station, from 2 big Tesco's and from the parrswood centre, featuring bowling, cinema, casino, gym and restaurants. It is a delight of a house and I would live to share it with someone I get on with! Do not hesitate to ask me anything, happy hunting :)
