I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a great 2-bed house in Stockport.
Your room: a large double with built in wardrobe and two matching chest of drawers. There is a king-size bed with quality mattress. The ensuite has a shower but there is also bath on the second floor should you want one.
Rest of the house: applicances are all to a high standard and our landlord is great at getting things fixed if required. The house is furnished with essentials, if you wanted to add your own touch with soft furnishings/plants/artwork you are very welcome.
The house is in a great location for accessing both Machester city centre and the Peak District. It's less than 10 mins to walk to Reddish North train station, with trains to Manchester Piccadilly and through the PEak to Sheffield.
Bills are currently around £60 pm so you're looking at approximately £600 pm together.
I am friendly and socialable (but not a party animal) and take good care of the house, keeping it clean and tidy, so would welcome someone with a similar approach. Living with someone who has similar hobbies would be a bonus but isn't essential.
