Hello,
My friend and housemate is moving into her own house this summer so I will have a spare room in my 2 bed terrace as of July/August.
You will be sharing with just myself so the house is pretty chilled during the week . I wouldn’t say I’m overly wild Mon to Fri but I’m always up for a wine and some good food and I usually have a couple of things going on.
I like to go out with friends / stay with my girlfriend in Chorlton of a weekend so the room would be ideal for someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own space and the place to themselves.
We are on a quiet street with lots of parking available and it is also a 7 minute walk down to Stockport train station (and a 9 minute train journey into Manchester City Centre).
The double room comes fully furnished (with a new bed) but feel free to request what you prefer. I am also pretty flexible on duration of stay etc.
I’ve tried to attach lots of photos of the house to give you feel but message me with any questions.
Monday - Friday (£300 p /m) is a preference but very open to the full week :)
Thanks,
Emma
