Hi I have a double room available for a single person.

I have a double bedroom available in a larger than average 2 bed terraced house.

The house is in an ideal location on a quiet road. It is within walking distance of Stockport train station, handy for the motorway, parks and cycle routes on the doorstep too. There are a variety of shops a short walk away or even more a short drive.

The house has two lounges to sit in and a large dining table. The kitchen is newly fitted, and includes a washing machine, dishwasher a two oven cooker and has a small table too and french doors to a space to sit out side.

Your room would be a double, over looking the back of the house, with a wardrobe, comfy double bed, drawers and lamps and a chair and is carpeted. The spacious shared bathroom, newly fitted has a walk-in shower, bath, loo, basin with drawers and mirrored cupboard above.
At the front of the house there is a small garden with seating areas. There is on road parking.

I am looking for a tidy clean professional to share my home, who would like to live in a comfortable, homely, environment. I would respect your privacy and expect prospective tenant to respect mine too.

I am a friendly, easy going yet tidy person.
