I have a double room to let, £400 for a single person.

full furnished, shared amenities. We share a kitchen, bathroom, living/dinning room, a large garden with a lean to shelter for hot rainy days, and a small cellar. You will have your own cupboards in the kitchen. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. You will have a fully furnished double bedroom, with laminate floors.

The house is near to the train station for easy access to Manchester and the and the airport for the rest of the world. M60 is close for fast travel to work, and so are shops Morrison's ect, very close to Edgeley and Stockport town centre, the leisure centre, with gym and pool, is two doors down for you active exercise lovers. Stockport is full of other entertainment possibilities, near by shops, cinema, pubs, library.

We are looking for non smoking, hard working, friendly people to share our family home, which has pets (A DOG, and a cat)

A damage bond of a months deposit and rent of a month in advance in cash, and references are required.

If you wish a weekly rate or a daily rate we can discuss it before you join us no rates will be discussed after you join us.. Depending on the rental rate I will need that much notice or you will forfeit you deposit. Deposit will not be in lieu of rent on the final month, the deposit will be paid back should everything go well and keys are handed back, and the room is left as found clean and in good order. Notice to be given in one months advance.

We have pets, so cannot accept people with a dog or cat. We are a friendly household and would like to extend an invitation to join our family, although if prefer your own company then that is fine too.

It is a quiet hard working household in a friendly area
