I live in a 3 bedroom detached home and have decided to rent 1 room out. I have 2 cats which are extremely clean. The renter will have use of the living room also as well as the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. I keep a clean home and expect the renter to do the same when living here, somewhere we can both enjoy to live. I have no issue with visitors within reason and I am often out which means you will have the house to yourself often. I would consider a couple under the right circumstances but the rent would be higher to cover costs etc
