We are ideal for contractors working at Stanlow, Capenhurst etc or in the local area.

Double room with shared bathroom, fully furnished, off-road parking, garden. All bills are included. Shared kitchen with washer/dryer.

You will be sharing with me (a beauty therapist working from home), my son (an electrician), and occasionally my Partner who is a Chef in Chester, also our very friendly English Springer Spaniel Molly who's 9, and our cat Maisy.

I ask for 1 weeks deposit in advance to reserve the room, then weekly payment in advance by bank transfer from the day you move in. 1 weeks notice is required before you leave. I ask for a full week's rent even if you stay elsewhere for part of the week as I cannot use the room once you have moved In, or let it out to anyone else during this time.

Thornton Le Moors is a lovely peaceful semi-rural village set amidst the Gowy Nature Reserve. There are many beautiful walks nearby, and plenty of tourist attractions, and we are ideally located for the professional tenant as we are situated just 7 miles from Chester, 2 miles from Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village, 22 miles from Liverpool, and 34 miles from Manchester. 2 mins drive from the M56 and M53.
