I have a lovely single occupancy bedroom available to rent in a great location in Timperley. This is in a semi-detached house with a private south-facing garden overlooking a bowling green & tennis court in a quiet area and a decent, non-smoking professional is sought.
The house is 5 a minute walk from Timperley Metrolink and within walking distance of Timperley Village, Altrincham Town Centre, Bridgewater Canal and National Trust Park with great transport inks and easy access to M56, M60 and M6, Manchester Airport and hospitals.
The house is well looked-after and is furnished to a high standard and the single room available boasts lots of natural light and a view of the garden. It has ample storage with full fitted wardrobes, sharing a bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. It is a clean & tidy home that is fully central heated with double glazing and there is ample on-road parking.
The monthly charge is £500/month payable in advance and a deposit of £300 is required as are 2 references (character and professional/previous landlord). Monthly rental includes bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, internet)
