The rooms come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. A desk and chair can be provided if needed.

The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. There is a back yard and a shed perfect for storing stuff. Strictly no smoking in the house but you can use the back yard if you want.

The house is in a great location, walking distance to Warrington Hospital. Bank Quay station in less than 15mins and the town centre in under 20mins by foot. It's also conveniently located for A57 that will take you to Knowsley or Liverpool via M62. On street parking available.

Two supermarkets in immediate vicinity with a massive 24 hr Tesco not far away.
