We are currently looking for a new flatmate to share our 3 bedroom house with (the 3rd bedroom is used as a guest room).
The room is available for someone who works in Warrington and needs a place to stay during the week.
The available room is a decent size and fully furnished. Windows go out to the backyard which makes the room silent, even though the house is located in a busy area.
Warrington Central, Bank Q and the Hospital are within walking distance. There is a busstop in front of the house driving from Warrington central towards Dallam.
All bills are included:
Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Internet and shared goods, such as washing up liquid.
