Double room with en-suite close to Manchester

I have a spacious double bedroom available which is furnished with a bed, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe, in the photos there isn’t a TV but there will be a TV on the wall in the room. It has its own private En-suite which has a double shower. The house has another full sized bathroom with a bath in as well, there is access to a large kitchen and a utility room also, there is room for parking and fibre optic broadband

I am 28 and my partner is 30 we are both working professionals who will mainly keep to ourselves, if you do see us around we are easy going and easy to talk to, we have a love of cinema and gaming. We do have four rabbits and are animal lovers however do not allow additional pets.

Our home is located in Warrington West with a main bus route into the town centre at the edge of the main road, the major train line to Manchester and Liverpool is 0.9 miles away, and the M62 is just a few minutes drive away for easy access into Manchester or Liverpool.

We are looking for someone who is a working professional who may need the room just a few days a week or Monday-Friday
