I am a hardworking professional currently living in a large, spacious and modern house. I want to rent out one of the double rooms. The third double will be a dedicated guest room so the house will still feel very spacious!

Situated in a very quiet area, there are 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, a huge living room and a comfy/high quality feel throughout. The house faces a nice green space with a brook, so no opposite neighbours.

The downstairs double room is carpeted and furnished (see pictures). The room is sort of in its own separate wing of the house, but is very much also connected through the hallway. This means we can both have privacy when we want, but also have a good shared space. There is a decent sized patio and garden which are both private in the rear.

There is a bus stop within 3 minutes walk and the train station about 10mins, so connectivity is excellent. There is also space for parking on the street or we can rotate the drive. You can get a taxi to Warrington town centre in about 5 mins. Great rail links to Manchester and Liverpool.
I have a very friendly pet cat - he is lovely! The neighbours are also very kind and welcoming, and I am enjoying living here.

I am a very sociable person and like to host fun dinners from time to time. I am an active type and am often out.. I teach part time and also tutor; my other half of work is social mobility. Happy to accept viewings/answer any questions.

There will be a proper tenancy agreement to sign if you want the room. Open to options, if someone only wants the room Mon-Fri or the whole week, then both are good.
