Double room available soon in my 3 bedroom house on a quiet estate in Sandbach. Close to all local amenities and convenient for the M6, with great links to Crewe and Manchester.

Obviously, having a toddler in the house does make things more complicated as I do need to be more strict on who I share my house with. But if you are OK with children (he is here most of the time), then I see no reason why we cannot share our home with you.

Currently listed as unfurnished, but I am looking to furnish it asap if needed. I have no objection to any tenant making it their own room if it's a long term arrangement, so long as you don't cause any damage (or repair any that you do).

There is a shared living room, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, kitchen/diner with washing machine/dishwasher, garden, and off street parking for 2 cars. The master bedroom does have an en suite with shower, and as an early riser I have no objection to you using these facilities until I have fitted a shower in the main bathroom - my next project.

I work in Wilmslow most days, from home twice a week, and drop my son to nursery by 7:30am. This does mean we aren't looking for anyone who wants to party all night - I am also a non-drinker but have no objection to alcohol in the house. Drugs and smoking on the other hand are not what we are looking for.

I am initially looking for someone short term to help cover bills until my son goes to school in September 2020. However, I am open to a more long term arrangement if the right person moves in.

I have no real preference on you as a person. Just so long as you are tidy, respectful, can pay your rent, and are able to live in a house with a toddler who will inevitably want to be your friend, then that's all that matters to me. No objection to small pets (fish, hamster, etc) but no cats or dogs.
