Double rooms to rent in spacious 3 bed

I have a double room to rent in a spacious 3 bed house for £75 per week or £325 per calendar month. Room is fully furnished including king size bed, chest of draws and bedside tables including sky TV connection with full package. All bills included with sky TV lounge downstairs and broadband throughout the house. Sharing with a professional male working normal office hours. I am clean and laid back. There is a lounge, games room with pub pool table and dartboard, large kitchen and small backyard. I am looking for someone who is clean but don't mind male or female and can be a student or professional. I spend 2/3 days a week at my girlfriends so the house will not always be full. Within a 5 minute walk to the train station and into the town centre. Any questions please ask!
