Room to rent in family home

Please note: pictures will follow and we are open to Mon-Fri or other part time arrangements too. Price for this can be discussed.

We are a small family of 3 (plus dog) living in a 4 bed house in Wilmslow. It is a few minutes walk from the local shops (Lidl, Tesco Express, take away, pharmacy etc) and 20 minutes walk to nearest towns and train stations (Wilmslow and Handforth) which will connect you to Manchester city centre. We also have a large retail park including superstores and gym within a couple of minutes drive.

The house is a 4 bed terraced property with garden and although it doesn't have it's own parking there is a large parking area just behind the rear entrance. Downstairs there is a large kitchen/diner, large lounge, conservatory and WC. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and nursery to one side of the house and a bathroom, double room and single room on the other - these are the rooms we are renting together for single occupancy to be used as a bedroom (double) and your own private lounge - the single room currently has a sofa bed in so is well set up for this. You are welcome to join us in the main lounge but this will allow us all our privacy/space if desired. The bathroom is shared and the shower is over the bath.

As for us, we are 28 and 31 with a 4 month old baby. My partner is studying Psychology and about to enter her final year. She enjoys rock climbing, movies and food. I'm a nanny (currently on maternity leave) and enjoy movies, dog training and escape games. We're both board game geeks, tea lovers and very easy going. We have 3 pets at home - a loveable but bouncy border collie pup and 2 house rabbits (in a large cage and in the garden during the day) so a pet lover is a must.
