Three rooms available in a house share. Locked away in the beautiful countryside of Winsford with garden and fishing pond on site. Winsford train station and industrial park is a 5 min walk from the property.

Single Room is a cosy gem in this characterful countryside house.

The two double rooms are larger rooms with two single beds in each. They are located on the attic floor of the farm house.

All current and previous tenants have been male working full time and although we welcome all suitable candidates, we are looking for a similar housemate. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared and are expected to be kept to a high standard.

The house has a washing machine, dryer, new cooker and big American style fridge-freezer. There is a large shared garden and parking availability (one car per tenant).
