The lodger from the double room has been here for 9 months, and has just moved out.
The double room has a double bed, virgin broadband WiFi , wardrobe, draws, shelves, under bed storage ,lamp, mirrors and TV. No on suite sorry
The bathroom has double shower and corner bath toilet and also a downstairs toilet. Through lounge, dining room massive kitchen with washer separate dryer, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer. Large garden, decked area with table and chairs.
The 330 bus stops rights outside the house and is direct into Stockport/Ashton and I live 2 min walk to Woodley train station direct in Piccadilly so good transport links if you do not drive.

I'm a very chilled down to earth live in landlord, I've made some life long friends renting my room out.
Love going on holiday when I can (blinkin covid), Skiing, Walking and trying new activities.
I keep fit by walking.
No deposit but just a small amount of £100 to secure the room, this will then just come off your first month/week rent which is payable when you move in.
If you smoke, then not opposed to you smoking outside at the back door just not in the house.
