The area is quiet in the evenings and quite peaceful-ideal for mature students needing to get their heads in the books.
It would also suit young professionals who commute as there are easy access to road, rail and bus networks.
The flat has a large kitchen with all modern appliances. The living room is a shared space as is the bathroom.
The living room is cosy and well presented with a centre piece gas fire. Lovely in the winter months.
The bathroom has a large corner bath and a stand in shower too.
There is a small, well kept back garden with a seating and bbq area.
Local cycle routes and park land is close by too.
I will be the one sharing. I'm a 30 year old professional with a variety of hobbies and interests. I'm sociable and friendly, considerate and respectful.
Quite easy to get along with and easy going. Yet I'm well house trained and do like things to be kept neat.
