Nice quiet family kind of area , and only 10 minutes from Stirling in either car , bus or train.. Big dining table can be used for laptop space and studying and you will have a 49" Smart TV in your room along with a double bed and wardrobe space. I am also happy to share the living room and feel free to use the Ps4 and stuff. The back garden is a prime sun spot most of the day In summer also as is south facing.
