The communal areas include a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, oven and toaster. All cutlery and crockery are also included for lodgers to use. The kitchen also has a dinning table and chairs.
The weekly rent is £95, this includes all utility bills and broadband. The flat is in Alva, a 15-20 minute bus journey from the university or a 10 minute drive if you have a car.
A cleaner comes once a week to clean the kitchen and bathroom, this is included in the weekly rent. Flatmates are kindly asked to keep their own rooms tidy and clean any dishes they use.
Flatmates are also advised that utility bills are included on a fair use bases, if flatmates choose to use high energy demand electrical goods such as electric heaters additional costs will be incurred.
