We're a friendly, welcoming couple who love to cook, enjoy Netflix and have loving cats. We are kind, honest, fun and easy going people and our home is clean and tidy.
Our home is large enough for everyone to have their privacy, large fridge and freezer space, too. There is off-street parking, too.
We're looking for a happy, tidy and gentle new tenant, preferably a woman, who loves cats. We do enjoy spending time together occasionally watching TV, cooking and having meals together. We also enjoy going on outings now and again and having fun. 😊
Your room is bright, comfortable and clean and in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking the beautiful Ochil Hills, with a large bathroom right beside it. We have superfast broadband, and all utilities and bills are included in your rent.
Stirling is 10 minutes drive and Alloa is just 5 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop just a two minute walk from our place and the village is a 5 minute walk away.
