Double Room

I am a live-in landlord and I've been renting rooms out for a couple of years now. There are two spacious, light and airy double room available for £100per week for single person occupancy or £150 per week for double occupancy. The rooms are furnished and finished to a high standard.

I usually work between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and most Saturday evenings and the house is a friendly, clean and tidy environment.

I will consider all types of lets i. e. short-term, Mon-to-Fri or longer-term lets no problem.

The new housemate/s would have a clean, modern en suit all to themselves.

The living room is large and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, plenty of cupboard space and a washer.

I am clean and tidy and would expect the same from lodgers. I am friendly, happy to chat and socialise although it is usually a case of time permitting!

There is off street parking if needed and a small amount of shed space, say enough for a bicycle and a couple of smallish boxes if necessary. The house has a fairly big garden, patio and eventually, a grass area.
