The house has been recently renovated. There's a new boiler, fast-speed internet, off-road parking, large garden, modern kitchen and bathroom and 2 living spaces.

It's only a 10 minute walk to Yarm high street, 15 minute walk to Eaglescliffe train station and there are also shops and takeaways a 2 minute walk from the house.

I work from home but will occasionally be away for a few weeks at a time.
