Rates

Studio Available at a rate of £97.00 per week for 6 month term.

NOTE : Short term let available at £110.00 per week.

Please note - If you do not know how long your project will last you will automatically be put on the short term let rate.

*A one-off exit cleaning fee of £65.00 is payable at the beginning of the rental.
