For COUPLE'S either BOTH who are WORKING or One is WORKING & PARTNER is a STUDENT £650 per month payment depends on room size for 2 people sharing one ensuite bedroom.
Hardly any accommodation in this area are offering a couple share, so this is a rare opportunity.

SINGLE WORKING PERSON ONLY payment per month will be £630
( 6 month contract £300 holding deposit)

This works out for a SINGLE STUDENT ONLY PER WEEK £115 per week over a year calendar( £498.34 per month )

Proof of University Enrollment etc required for students.

Anyone caught trying to put an extra person in the room without permission & without paying extra then your contract becomes terminated immediately.

EXTRA RATES APPLIED FOR SINGLE WORKERS OR COUPLE'S SHARING A ROOM.

FOR SINGLE CONTRACTORS WHO ARE WORKING LOCALLY OR SINGLE TRAVELER THEN ITS A MINIMUM 4 NIGHTS STAY OF £35 PER NIGHT OR FOR COUPLE'S ITS £45 PER NIGHT & £10 CLEANING FEE.
£30 damage holding payment to ensures the guest will look after the room & doesn't make a mess.
This will be returned after the guest leaves & room checked..

All inclusive of bills which is based on Energy fair usage applied at all times.

Shared Kitchen & living/room facilities:

2 fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker.
Dining/living room has 4 seater dining table & sofa with a 46inch TV.

Must be able to keep the bedrooms clean at all times & kitchen cleaning priority after each use to keep all residents in a clean safe environment.
Wash their pots & pans after each use..
You must clean the Ensuites every week..
Clean people only & must adhere to strict cleaning protocol rules.
STRICTLY NO FISH HEADS OR MEAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT IN FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.
