The property is a two bedroom bungalow on a quiet road in Normanby. The property has front and rear garden, drive and on street parking next to the drive.

There is a small shop on the road a few doors down and Normanby is a 5 minute walk which has a Tesco, cafe, takeaways and pubs. There are bus stops within walking distance (5 minutes). Middlesbrough centre is approximately 6 miles away and easy to get to by public transport or 10 minute drive. There are also supermarkets close by (5 minute drive).

The property has two bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. There is CCTV around the property. The bedroom for rent is at the rear of the property with a large window and view of the hills. It is a spacious room with a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bills and broadband are included in the rent - council tax is additional (approx £20). You will have full use of facilities in the kitchen such as washing machine, dryer, plates/cups etc and will have an exclusive double cupboard. There is also additional space in the bathroom for storage.

I have two very quiet indoor cats which you would not be responsible for unless you particularly wanted to help with them.

I am a clean and tidy person who works a lot and enjoys a quiet life. I am away most weekends so you will have space to yourself regularly. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will do their fair share of the cleaning. I am happy to have respectful guests stay occasionally.

Ideally the contract would start at 3-6 months then will roll month by month afterwards.
