The double room is fully furnished with double bed, quality mattress, solid oak double wardrobe, 5 drawer chest,2 bedside cabinets plus desk and chair if required. There is also a lamp, mirror, hairdryer and use of a iron and ironing board.
The room is available from October 10th.

There is an option of laundry and ironing at £10pw extra.
I’m looking for a friendly, positive, professional male/female who is clean/tidy and respects other housemates private space and belongings.

The dining room has large extending table and seating for six.
