We are pleased to offer double rooms to rent in a large 4 bedroomed shared house in a quiet residential area of Redcar.

Good location for anyone working in Redcar or further afield Ideal for staff on MGT/Wilton/Teesworks/Boulby and Anglo American sites

The house is fully furnished and has 4 private/lockable double bedrooms

Each double bedrooms has a double divan bed. We supply duvet, pillows and 2 sets of bedding which you launder yourself. (Washing machine and dryer supplied) We supply essential bedroom furniture such as wardrobe and drawers and bedside table and lamp.

It has 2 separate bathrooms with showers so there are no more than 2 people sharing one bathroom

Its well equipped kitchen includes a five burner hob, double electric oven, integrated microwave and dish washer. We supply a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Amazon fire stick. There is a dining room table and 6 chairs.

Patio doors lead onto a spacious rear decked area. There is a small lawn and a good sized shed for your bikes.

Superfast Wifi is standard and all bills are included in the weekly price. We also supply a cleaner for the communal areas on a monthly basis.
