We moved to this lovely farmhouse in October 2019 and I just love the place.
Pheasants, owls, deer and the odd fox have been known to grace the gardens and near by woodland
During the past few years i have tried to make this spacious property as homely as possible and would like to share that with a compatible person or persons!
People say im really easy going although i do request some tidiness and cleanliness please (ha ha).
Room will have a double bed/fresh bedding, cupboards, set of draws and bedside tables with lamps. A tv with free view will be available too.(please see pics of all the rooms)

Although at times you may feel far away from civilisation, Skelton is only 1 mile away, Guisborough 3 miles and Saltburn by the Sea 4 miles. A bus stop at the top of the lane (number 5 bus) takes you to Guisborough in 10 minutes and further onto Middlesbrough in 40 minutes
