Double Room for let

I have a furnished double room in a modern detached property in a lovely area of Middlesbrough. The room has a double bed and 2 sets of draws for your use.

My home is warm and welcoming and is placed on a quiet cul de sac with a space for parking. It is within walking distance where there is a local pub, hairdresser, and beautician. My home is within very easy access of the A174 which leads onto the A19.

There are also local shops, supermarkets and gyms very close by.

The living area and kitchen are both shared. But you would have use of the bathroom to yourself. All bills are included (gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband).

I’m very easy going to live with and a very clean, tidy and laid back person. I am looking for someone similar who is easy to live with.

- No smoking allowed in the house and no pets please.

- Would be very suitable for contract workers looking for short term or long term let. Or professionals.

- Will consider short term let’s of a daily rate if needed, so inbox for queries.

- Will consider couples but monthly rent will be more and can be asked on response to this advert.
