I'm currently looking at getting a roommate to share my flat with me.
I have a single room on offer for £250 plus £50 for bills PCM.
Bills include: internet, water, gas and electronic, telephone line, TV licence, use of all white goods and cooking facilities etc.
Council Tax will need to be split between us too as currently I'm paying for single household. This should be around £61.25 PCM.
The flat is open plan, clean, modern and fully furnished. The flat is in a quiet area of Ingleby and good for commuting with private parking.
This would need to be cleared with my letting agency first as credit checks etc. Would need to be carried out.
