I am looking for a new housemate who is: clean tidy and in full time employment.

The house is very quiet tidy and it is located in a quiet area.
Post office and Grocery shop at walking distance.
Train station and town centre at 20 minutes walking distance.
You will have off road car park.
The room is available also for contractors who need accommodation just Mon-Fri and the rent is £375/month and all bills included. The deposit for Mon-Fri rent is £375.

Everything is brand new, fully renovated therefore I am looking for someone who will look after the property.

You will have the family bathroom only for you.
I have my own en-suite.

All bills included.
