Wynyard Room

My house is at Wynyard and is fully furnished. I am usually only at home for 6 days a month as I work away so whoever rents from me will pretty much have a full house for the price of renting a room. I have family stay around during the week at the moment so that the house isn’t empty but they would stop coming if someone was living there.

The room is adjacent to the main bathroom, which now has a shower as well. This would be solely for the renters use as I have an en suite. I have a washing machine on in the kitchen.

The garden is quite big and 75% walled which makes it very private. There is also a hot tub which is very easy to use and get going. I have a fairly comprehensive Sonos multi room system set up, with Alexa and Phillips Hue lights in most rooms, including the room for rent. I've got virgin super fast broadband with Netflix and NowTV set up good to go.

I'm looking for £400 a month plus the gas, electricity and water bills (£112 in total) and I'll take care of the council tax, internet and house insurance. Feel free to drop me a message or to come over for a cup of tea and to look around if you are interested :)
