Furnished dbl room in Yarm - parking & bills inc

We have a spacious, furnished, double room to rent in a gorgeous 3 bed semi-detached house in Yarm.

The room is furnished with:
- Double Bed
- Chest of drawers (4 drawers) and a mirror
- Single Wardrobe
- Bookcase

There is a separate bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower. Our room has an ensuite, so we rarely use this, it'll basically be your own!

Our spacious kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave etc. and plenty of cupboard space. There's a shared living room downstairs with a. large sofa and a Sony TV. We also have Netflix and amazon prime.

You will have off street parking for one car and we're a less than ten minute walk from Yarm train station with direct trains to York, Manchester and Liverpool and easily accessible to Newcastle, London and other parts of the country.

We're also a short (5 minute) walk away from Yarm High Street, a lovely street with boutique shops, coffee shops and great pubs! And we're a short 20 minute drive from several gorgeous walking spots, Roseberry Topping or Lordstones National park, perfect for a nice walk on a weekend.

We are looking to rent the room for £500 all bills inclusive. I work as a Civil Servant in London, so am often away for a couple of weeks at a time. My partner works on a shift basis at the Nike Outlet in York, so there will be times when you have the place to yourself - with the exception of our friendly kitten, Bert!

We are looking for a friendly, easy going professional. We're keen sport lovers and enjoy trying new restaurants/recipes. We like to socialise, and attend a local pub quiz on a Monday.

We are happy to consider Monday-Friday lets if required.
