The room includes double bed with 4 underbed drawers, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers. There is a main bathroom which for most of the time you would have sole use of as I have an en suite (apart from very occasionally if I have friends staying).
Downstairs accomodation includes a large kitchen/diner with washing machine & dishwasher. There is also a separate dining room, conservatory, lounge, downstairs toilet, front and rear gardens and garage.
I work for the NHS and live with my Border Collie - so someone who likes dogs is essential! I am looking for someone friendly, sociable, clean and tidy. Pets are ok providing they get along with my dog.
The rent includes 100Mbps superfast virgin broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
I also have a cleaner every other week for communal areas.
Mon-Fri lets and students also considered for reduced price.
