It is a 5 mins drive to Glan Clwyd and the A55 and is conveniently situated between Rhyl and Conwy with very easy access. 10 mins to the coast.
The village has shops and a couple of takeaways a 10 min walk away.
There is a drive that will fit mine and another car on it.
My home is newly decorated throughout with a large living room which is shared, and a kitchen that has an air fryer, washer and there is a dryer too.
I do like a tidy home, not a clean freak, but I am looking for someone that will clean up after themselves and help keep a nice home. So, if you know how to wash up after yourself this maybe the place for you.
