Furnished Double Room in Modern Semi House

I have available a spacious, fully furnished Double Room, within my home, that is a modern semi-detached house located in Drury, Buckley. The home itself is directly opposite Lester's Farm Shop where you can buy everything from locally produced eggs, milk and veg, to a full English served at Susan's Coffee Shop - ( I may potentially be bias however I think these fry ups are the best in Flintshire).
The house has a large rear garden that I have spent the best part of the last year modernising, through the addition of a patio, larger lawn and a stone fire pit. Finally, the house has a spacious drive, to allow parking for all residents as well as visitors.
I currently live in the house with another housemate, Erin, and we are both 27 and work full time. I am moving to France early next year, so it will just be Erin in the house. Erin also has a cute little dog.
The reason for this advertisement is due to another one of my housemates recently moved out.
We have a cleaner come round the house once per month, so you'll have to keep the house tidy but you won't have to clean the toilets!
