Double room available in a 3 bedroom house with live in female landlord. All bills included, including sky, wifi and cleaner. It is a shared bathroom. The living room is currently hardly ever used so you can feel free to use this when it is available. There is also a sofa in the dining room with a tv. I have a nice size garden with table and chairs. There is easy free parking down a side road and I never have a problem. There is 3 takeaways on the same road and an Aldi, Lidl and Home Bargains 5 minutes walk away. I have a small dog who is very friendly who is only here at night when I am home.
