We have a room available to let in our home. Rate is £550 for 1 person or £800 for 2 people sharing. You will also have use of the Dining Room, Kitchen, and Living Room. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric ovens, microwqve, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery and crockery. We have a separate utility area with washing machines, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board. The house is very picturesque and sits in half an acre of mature gardens and looks out onto the canal.
There is also unlimited broadband included. There is a smart TV in the living room where you would have access to Netflix.
Rent includes the cost of all utilities (Water, Gas, Electric) and Council Tax so there are no hidden charges. Bedding, bedlinen and towels are also all provided.
The nearest railway station is Chirk and there is a bus stop at the top of the road.
Fron House is in a great situation for outdoor enthusiasts where you can walk or cycle along the canalside or canoe along the canal. We are situated in the World Heritage Site and are 500 yards from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.
