Traditional Welsh Country cottage

Hello, I'm looking for mature, responsible, laid-back professional adult lodgers who can look after themselves and will respect my property and look after it if I am away.
If you have high modern "Grand Designs" standards for state-of-the-art modern housing, kitchen and bathrooms, etc.......then this is definitely not the rental for you.
The location is remote and rural with infrequent bus service so you will probably need to have a car.
All bills are included but if I am away for an extended period of time then we will set a mutually agreed fair useage limit on the internet, oil central heating, electricity and water.

My home is an historic Welsh semi-detached Cottage full of character, built of stone and slate with beams and a huge inglenook fireplace in the lounge.

My cottage has three bedrooms, (two large doubles and a small single), two bathrooms, a kitchen diner and a cosy lounge.
One large double bedroom and a small single is being advertised.

Outside there is a large semi-wild garden with mature trees which is visited by many birds and other wildlife, and a veg plot with greenhouse,
There is oil central heating plus a log burner in the lounge and an old Rayburn in the kitchen.
There is internet but it is not SuperFast Fibre.

* Please Note: My home is not modernised, in as much as the kitchen and bathrooms are not "state of the art" and the upstairs landing and bathroom (and my bedroom) definitely need to be re-decorated, but they are serviceable.
Also to note is the fact that I have the original timber single glazed cottage windows which you may find draughty if you're used to modern double glazing. The windows will sometimes run with condensation in the winter if the outside temperature is freezing.
My home is rustic, comfy and welcoming, a place where you can feel relaxed and "at home" with a real fireplace and books and be close to nature.
