A Beautiful House for Professionals (Single Room)

I am looking for a professional who would like to share my lovely home. The house is modern and has ample parking for several vehicles and resides in a quiet cul-de-sac in Llanddulas, therefore a professional who can respect the house, neighbours and the neighbourhood is a must.

You must be an animal lover as the house is shared by a young puppy.

The property is located 2 minutes away from the A55 corridor, with Chester and Bangor both approximately half an hour journey away. Bus stops are located within a 5-10 minute walk and train stations are nearby at both Colwyn Bay and Abergele. The property would therefore be ideally located for professionals working at the local hospitals, police headquarters, care work, colleges or universities for example.

The single room is modern, clean and bright and has a single bed, a large single wardrobe and has sea and mountain views. The property has a wet-room with a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. This is a shared bathroom. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and a washbasin which is for private use by the landlord. There is a large and modern kitchen/diner with a double oven, hob, American fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a communal lounge with a television which includes SKY. Wi-Fi is provided.

Previous lodgers have stayed for 3 years and the last for over a year.

The advert states Monday to Friday, but Sunday to Thursday would be fine if that suits your work schedule better.
