I've got two rooms to let in my house one large double and and a smaller room with a small double. The house is pet friendly other than cats (I'm afraid my dog doesn't like them). Smoking inside the house is not permitted but I've got no problem with smoking by the back door or back garden. There is enough space for two cars on the drive and another out the front of the house. The house is situated in a quiet area surrounded by woodlands and fields to the back.
