We welcome working people looking for short term lodgings , the caravan is wholly for who ever rents and you will not be sharing with a flat mate. Rent is £100 per week including electric and a clean every 2 weeks, Gas extra

This is our beautiful 6 berth,2 bed Pemberton Elite On a large corner plot with parking. It has double glazing and gas central heating.
All bedding is included except for the pull out bed in the lounge you will need to bring your own but we do have an extra mattress for your comfort.
Large main bedroom with plenty of storage and a comfortable double bed, mattress and pillows.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe with the same comforts of bedroom one.
The lounge has plenty of room including the pull out bed. It has an electric fire also a 32 inch smart Tv with a DVD player with a few DVDS and books for your entertainment.
The dinning/kitchen area is a good size and includes everything you may need with a microwave and slow cooker.
The bathroom is a good space with a good size shower room and powerful shower.
You will need to bring your own towels but we do provide - Toilet rolls, kitchen towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, washing up liquid, sponge, cloths, hand wash and tea towels.
We do not cater for babies or small children but you are welcome to bring your own travel cot, high chair etc.
On site we are minutes from both the launderette and reception where you can pick up leaflets of things to do. The Park has a great play park for children and also an outdoor games area. We have direct access onto the beautiful wide open blue flag beaches the sea front leading to the Nova centre, parks, fair and cafes.
Directly off site we have a great chip shop and the Central Beach club with bingo and Karaoke for your entertainment and children are welcome. A slow 5 minutes walk takes you to the train station and into beautiful Prestatyn town with its great shops, pubs and eateries and a cinema. there is also a small retail park with a tesco shop and petrol station and more.
We would hope to provide a home from home experience for your comfort. We do a meet and greet and a leavers check and ourselves and our co-host Keryn who will be around if needed and would like to have our second home treated like we would.
