Two rooms available near beach, quiet part of Rhyl

I have two bedrooms to let. One has an en-suite and the other room will have exclusive use of a bathroom.
Both rooms are furnished and all bills are included. You must provide your own food but have access to a shared kitchen for cooking, and also a dining room. There is also internet access, a washing machine available to use, within reason, and an iron/board. Parking available for two cars. Lodgers will also have access to play on a snooker table and dart board, although you must respect equipment as all damages must be paid for. There is a sitting area and a lean-to for smokers to the rear. The householder is a no-smoker and has a small dog, so must be okay with pets. Anyone applying should be clean, quiet, have good manners, and be respectful. References required.
